As early as 7:00 AM we (Pok Lah, Samkae & myself) were already at the marina of Yanbu RC. Later we were joined with 2 Egyptians and 3 Saudi divers. Somehow, only after an hour that we managed to leave the marina as there was kind of registration with the Coast Guard Office. For a foreigner, they need the Iqamah and the diving license.
